If you need to verify your identity, our support team will contact you by e-mail and you may need to provide a form of ID and documentation to verify your residential address to them. Verification must be completed prior to being able to make a withdrawal.

Upload an image of your ID:

  • Driving license

  • Passport

  • National ID card or government-issued identity document

To verify your residential address, we would kindly request you to provide us with one of the following documents:

  • Utility Bill

  • Council Tax Bill

  • Bank Statement

*All of these must be dated within the last three months.

How to take the pictures and which ones will be accepted.

Here are some tips for you to send your proof of identity:

  • The picture sent must contain all four corners of the document, just as in the example below. Cropped images won't be accepted, even if the corners are a bit cropped without excluding information;

  • Ensure to take a picture. Scanned versions won't be accepted;

  • The document must contain a valid date. Expired documents won't be accepted;

  • Don't use flash, as it may get parts to be unreadable;

  • All information from the document must be clear. If you're taking the picture in a shadowed or dark place, it may cause the picture to not be valid. Considering this, information must not be blurred as well, otherwise, information won't be properly read.

If you chose to send your driver's license, you'll need front and back pictures. The same rules apply.

Here are some tips for you to send your proof of address:

  • Screenshots are not valid. Instead of sending us a screenshot, download the PDF file and attach it or send it to us in an email;

  • Documents must contain the date (dated within the last three months), name, and address - letters are not acceptable, only the documents above mentioned;

  • The picture sent must contain all four corners of the document. Cropped images won't be accepted;

  • Redacted documents can't be accepted either.


Be patient as it can take some time to process documentation and your account will be fully activated when it has been approved.

Please note that your account may be suspended if you don’t supply the required documentation or if you fail to pass our Age Verification or KYC checks.

We may ask for additional documents as part of our enhanced verification requirements.
