Verification is required to:

  • Comply with regulatory requirements

  • Protect your account

  • Enable withdrawals

You will be prompted to verify your identity when logging in if required.



Step 1 – Verify Your Identity

Accepted ID documents:

  • Driving Licence (front & back)

  • Passport

  • National ID card or government-issued identity document

Requirements for ID photos:

  • Show all four corners of the document

  • Must be current/valid (not expired)

  • No cropped or redacted images

  • No scanned versions; take a clear photo instead

  • Avoid using flash to prevent unreadable areas

  • Ensure the document is well-lit and information is clear

Step 2 – Verify Your Residential Address

Accepted documents:

  • Utility Bill

  • Council Tax Bill

  • Bank Statement

Requirements for address documents:

  • Dated within the last 3 months

  • Must include name and address

  • Screenshots are not accepted; send PDFs or photos instead

  • Show all four corners

  • Redacted or cropped documents will not be accepted



Additional Information & Tips

  • If using a driver’s licence, you must submit front and back photos

  • Be patient: verification can take some time

  • Your account will be fully activated once documents are approved

  • Accounts may be suspended if required documents are not provided or if age/KYC checks fail

  • Additional documents may be requested for enhanced verification
