🆔 Documents Required for Identity Verification
You need to upload a clear image of one of the following government-issued photo IDs:
Driving License (front and back images required)
Passport
National ID Card or other government-issued identity document
🏠 Documents Required for Proof of Residential Address
Please provide one of the following documents dated within the last three months, showing your name and address:
Utility Bill
Council Tax Bill
Bank Statement
📸 Guidelines for Submitting Your Documents
The entire document must be visible, including all four corners. Cropped images will be rejected.
Use photos taken with a camera or smartphone. Scanned copies or screenshots are not accepted.
Ensure documents are clear, in good lighting, and free from glare or shadows.
Do not use flash if it causes parts of the document to be unreadable.
Expired or redacted documents will be rejected.
For driver’s licenses, upload both front and back images following these rules.

Verification may be requested when certain account activity thresholds are met. You will always be informed if this is the case.
⏳ Processing and Additional Checks
Verification may take some time. Your account will be fully activated once approved.
Failure to provide required documents or pass Age Verification/KYC checks may result in account suspension.
Additional documents may be requested for enhanced verification.
