Why is my account suspended?
There may be a few reasons why your Midnite account has been suspended at this time which could be one of the following:
You have attempted to create a new account when you already have your details registered with us. (We only permit one account per person)
You have added a new payment method that is not registered in your name.
We have not been able to verify your details and therefore require further documentation.
You are attempting to access your Midnite account from a restricted territory where gambling is prohibited.
We have concerns over your current gambling activity and would like to discuss this further with you.
You have conducted activity which may be in breach of our terms and conditions.
You have entered your password incorrectly too many times and we need to verify your information.
How can I access my account again?
In most cases the best way to clarify why your account has been suspended and what action is required, we recommend you contact us using our live chat function or by emailing us at support@midnite.com. Prior to contacting us however, you should check your emails to see if we have sent you an email already explaining the reasoning behind your account suspension and what information we require from you.
Why do I need to send Midnite my verification documents?
Here at Midnite, we use electronic age verification checks to ensure our customers are over the age of 18. Occasionally, if we are unable to verify this information then we may request documentation to confirm your identity. Furthermore, throughout the lifespan of your account we may reach out to request documentation to support the ongoing verification of your account.
Of course, any information you give us is processed in line with the Data Protection Act 2018, which means it will stay between us and will only be kept for as long as needed. Failure to provide us with these can potentially impact the use of your account.
What happens if my account is suspended but I have a balance?
Whilst your account is in a suspended state, your funds cannot be withdrawn or accessed. If we believe you to have breached any of the account rules, this may result in your account being suspended without warning. Should this occur, your account will remain suspended whilst an investigation takes place on your account.
Once our investigation has come to a resolution, we will ensure that this is communicated to you. Should the investigation be settled to our satisfaction, you will be granted access to your account again. If the investigation is not settled to our satisfaction, this may result in the permanent closure of your account.
