Your Midnite account may be temporarily suspended for a few different reasons. Common examples include:
You’ve tried to create more than one account (Midnite only allows one account per person).
A payment method you added isn’t registered in your name.
We weren’t able to verify your details and need more documentation.
You’re trying to access Midnite from a restricted country.
We need to review your gambling activity for safer gambling reasons.
There may be a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
Your password was entered incorrectly too many times.
🔓 How Can I Regain Access?
Before contacting us, check your email inbox (and spam folder) — we often send a message explaining the reason for the suspension and what’s needed next.
If you didn’t receive one, please contact our Support Team:
💬 Live Chat: Available in the Help section of the app or website
📧 Email: support@midnite.com
🪪 Why Do I Need to Send Verification Documents?
We run electronic checks to confirm that all customers are over 18 and that accounts are used safely.
If we can’t verify your details automatically, we may ask for additional documents — such as ID or proof of address — to confirm your identity.
All documents are handled securely and in line with the Data Protection Act 2018. They’re only stored for as long as needed.
⚠️ If you don’t provide the requested documents, you might not be able to use your account.
💰 What If My Account Has a Balance?
While your account is suspended, you won’t be able to withdraw or use your funds.
If the suspension is due to a potential rule breach, we’ll review your account carefully.
Once our investigation is complete:
✅ If everything checks out, your account will be reactivated.
❌ If we confirm a serious breach, your account may be permanently closed.
We’ll always contact you once a final decision is made.
