Why is my Midnite account restricted, and how can I withdraw my funds?

If your Midnite account is currently restricted, you will not be able to withdraw funds during this period. Restrictions can be placed on accounts for a number of reasons, all in line with our terms of service and regulatory obligations.

Common Reasons for Account Restrictions

  • Mismatched Account Information: Your personal details don’t match the information linked to your payment method.

  • Duplicate or Multiple Accounts: Having more than one account in your name is against our terms.

  • KYC and Regulatory Reviews: Ongoing checks required by law to verify user identity and ensure responsible gambling.

  • Third-party Payments: Using someone else’s payment method is not permitted.

  • Missing or Incomplete Documents: If we haven’t received or verified your ID, proof of address, or payment method.

  • Safer Gambling Measures: Restrictions may be in place if we detect activity that requires a responsible gambling review.
