Change your email or username
You can update these in a few quick steps:
Go to My Account > Account
Select Email or Username
Make your changes and save
Change your name, address or date of birth
These can’t be updated directly, but it’s quick to sort:
Open the chat in the bottom right corner
Send us the required documents
What You’ll Need
For name or date of birth changes:
Valid passport or driving licence
Any official name change documents (if applicable)
For address changes:
Proof of address dated within the last 90 days
Once we’ve reviewed everything, we’ll update your details and let you know.
