To update your name or address, please click the chat button in the bottom-right corner to reach our team and provide:
For name changes
A valid passport or driving licence
Any official name change documents
For address changes
A valid proof of address dated within the last 90 days
Our team will review your documents and update your details as quickly as possible.
Changing your email or username:
You can update these directly by following these steps:
Go to My Account > Account
Click on Email or Username
Make your changes and save
