What is KYC?


As a UK-licensed operator regulated by the Gambling Commission, Midnite is required to verify player’s identity and address. This process, known as KYC (Know Your Customer), helps prevent fraud, ensure age verification, and keep accounts secure.

How to Verify Your Documents?

You can upload your documents on the Verification page.

  • Accepted ID documents (Proof of Identity - POI): Passport, Driving Licence, National ID or Residence Permit
    ​

  • Accepted address documents (Proof of Address - POA): Utility Bill, Council Tax Bill, or Bank Statement (dated within the last 3 months)
    ​

    Requirements:
    ​

    • Show the full original document (all corners visible)

    • Must be valid and unexpired

    • PDF preferred; screenshots or edited files not accepted

    • Entire document fully visible

    • Image should be clear and properly illuminated

    • No alterations, cropping, or distortions

Note: Verification may take some time for processing due to factors such as image quality or file size.


Midnite may request additional documents at any time in line with regulatory requirements.


Regulatory Reference

Midnite reserves the right to request documents to verify:

  • Identity of the account holder

  • Authorization to use a specific card

  • Any other information provided

Additional documentation may be requested at any time, and accounts may be suspended pending investigation.​
