Just head to the Verification section in your account and upload your documents.
What We Accept
Proof of Identity (POI)
Passport
Driving Licence
National ID
Residence Permit
Proof of Address (POA)
Utility Bill
Council Tax Bill
Bank Statement
*Proof of Address must be dated within the last 3 months.
Before you upload
Make sure your document:
Shows the full page (all corners visible)
Is valid and not expired
Is clear and easy to read
Has not been edited or cropped
PDF format is preferred. Screenshots aren’t accepted.
What happens next?
Verification times can vary depending on file quality. We’ll review your documents as quickly as possible.
If needed, we may ask for additional documents or information to complete our checks. Your account may be temporarily restricted while this is reviewed.
