🎁 Giveaway Terms & Conditions

• Midnite may at any time organize giveaways in one or more social media

platforms, via Midnite or selected partner’s official social media profiles.

• Midnite giveaways are promoted and operated by Midnite Limited (herein

“Midnite”), owner of the Midnite brand. Midnite is a UK gambling licenced

operator website.

• No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to participate or win at

Midnite’s giveaways.

• The conditions to be eligible to each giveaway, the prize and the entry and

draw dates are specified in the social media giveaway announcing post,

and they may differ per giveaway.

• Only 18+, or higher legal age of majority, natural individual’s entries are

accepted. All potential winners are subject to ID verification before any

prize will be awarded.

• Midnite’s employees, related corporations, partners, affiliates, agents,

contractors, representatives and suppliers (including themselves, their

friends, immediate family members, spouses, partners and housemates)

are not eligible to participate in giveaways.

• Giveaways may be restricted to certain countries, as per the announcing

post. In such cases, all potential winners are subject to proof of residency

verification before any prize will be awarded.

• Entries that do not fulfil all the requirements of the giveaway and/or do not

respect these terms or the social media platform terms will not be eligible

and will be disqualified.

• Midnite is not liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Midnite takes no

responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted,

damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

• Only one entry per individual per giveaway is accepted.

• Bulk, automated and/or third-party entries are prohibited and will be

disqualified.

• Anyone found to use multiple accounts, registrations, email addresses,

logins, or any other methods to enter in a giveaway more than once will

not be eligible and will be disqualified.

• The authorized account holder of the email address associated with the

relevant social media account participating in the giveaway will be

considered the participant. Winners may be required to show proof of

being the authorised account holder or forfeit the prize.

• Winners are selected at random by software from among all eligible entries

received within the entry dates and across all platforms.

• Winners are informed via the social media platform within 7 natural days

after the closing date of the giveaway, tagged in the giveaway original

post and by direct message. Midnite is not liable for any winner’s failure to

receive notifications and/or direct messages in the social media platform

from which the entry is made.

• Verification of ID, proof of residency, proof of authorized account holder,

delivery address, and/or digital wallet username, as applicable, must be

successful and provided within 30 natural days from the time the

congratulatory message was sent to the winner, or the prize is forfeited.

• Giveaways which prizes are forfeited will have another winner drawn.

• Giveaways that must be delivered to the winner’s physical address will be

shipped to the delivery address provided by the winner within 30 natural

days from the time the address is provided. Midnite is not liable for any

typo or incorrect address, impossibility or delay of delivery, and will only

cover the expense of the original delivery.

• Each winner will be responsible for paying any taxes and any other

expenses incurred by acceptance of the prize, including but not limited to

any income taxes, sales or use taxes, value added taxes, import taxes,

goods and services taxes.

• Each prize will be awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express

or implied.

• Prizes cannot be transferred, assigned or exchanged and there is no cash

alternative available..

• Giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or

associated with the social media platform in which the giveaway is

advertised.

• By participating in giveaways each entrant understands that they are

providing their information to Midnite, and not the social media platform,

and agree that Midnite may contact them about this giveaway publicly by

tagging their social media username and privately by direct message in

the respective platform.

• By participating in giveaways, entrants accept that any personal data

relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in

accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will only be

disclosed with a third party to ensure the delivery of the prize, and/or with

regulatory authorities to fulfil legal and regulatory obligations.

• By participating in giveaways in social media platforms, entrants are also

subject to the specific social media platform privacy policy and terms of

use, which can be found at the respective platform. Entrant’s eligibility to

each giveaway is conditional of following such policies and terms.

• By entering each giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and

hold harmless Midnite, its legal representatives, respective officers,

directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered

or sustained in connection with the giveaway or the acceptance of the

prize.

• Midnite reserves the right to change or cancel each giveaway at any time

and without notice, as well as make minor amendments to these terms to

correct typographical errors or to improve clarity or customer experience.

• Midnite’s decisions related to each giveaway and respective distribution of

prizes are final.

• Any complaints in respect of the giveaways shall be submitted in writing to

Midnite at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE, UK, within 14

natural days after the closing date of the giveaway. Midnite will handle

complaints as soon as reasonably possible.

• Midnite giveaways and these terms and conditions are governed by English

law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the

courts of England.
