Not all World Cup markets are available at the same time. Here's what to expect and what to do if you can't place a bet.

World Cup match markets typically open several days before kick-off. Markets for knockout rounds (Quarter-finals, Semi-finals, Final) may not be available until the bracket is confirmed - usually within hours of the preceding round completing.
⚽ In-Play Betting
In-play markets open once a match has kicked off. Odds update in real time, so markets may temporarily suspend around key events (goals, red cards, VAR reviews, half-time). This is normal - markets usually reopen shortly after the event is processed.
🚫 Why a Market Might Be Unavailable
If you can't see or access a market, this is usually because:
The market hasn't opened yet - check back closer to kick-off.
The match has already started and the specific market isn't available in-play.
The market has been suspended around a match event (goal, VAR review) and will reopen shortly.
The result is already known (e.g. First Goalscorer once the first goal has been scored).
❌ Why Your Bet Was Rejected
If your bet isn't accepted, the most common reasons are:
Odds changed - the price moved between you selecting it and submitting your bet slip. You'll usually be prompted to accept the new odds.
Market suspended - the market closed between selection and placement (e.g. during a VAR review or around kick-off).
Stake too high - your requested stake exceeded the limit for that market.
Account restrictions - your account may have specific betting limits in place. Contact support for more information.
💡 If your odds changed, you'll usually see a prompt to accept the new price. If you dismiss this, your bet won't be placed - you'll need to re-add it to your bet slip.

Why can't I see the Correct Score market? Some markets are only available pre-match and aren't offered in-play. Check before kick-off.
I can't bet on a specific player - why? Player markets (e.g. goalscorer) may not be available for all matches, or may be suspended around lineup announcements.
Can I bet from outside the UK? Availability depends on your location. Some markets and features may not be available in all territories.
