💸 World Cup - Cash Out Explained

Cash out lets you settle your bet before an event has finished - either to lock in a profit or reduce a potential loss.

💰 What Is Cash Out?

Cash out is available on selected pre-match and in-play bets. When available, you'll see a cash out value displayed on your open bet. You can cash out at any point while the bet is active and the option is showing.

📊 How the Value Is Calculated

The cash out value reflects the current probability of your bet winning, based on live odds at that moment. If your selection is performing well, the value will be higher than your original stake. If things are going against you, it may be lower.

⏸️ Why Cash Out Suspends

Cash out suspends temporarily when odds are being recalculated. This happens around:

  • Goals being scored or disallowed

  • Red cards

  • Penalty kicks

  • VAR reviews

  • Half-time and injury time

  • Close to the final whistle

This is normal - cash out will usually reopen shortly after the event is processed. During high-demand matches (e.g. the World Cup Final), suspensions may be more frequent due to fast-moving odds.

✌️ Cash Out & 2UP

If 2UP has already triggered on your bet (your team went 2+ goals up and your bet was paid out early), cash out will no longer be available - the bet is already settled.

If 2UP hasn't triggered yet, cash out remains available as normal and you can use either option.

📌 Once you cash out a bet, that portion is settled and cannot be reversed.

❓ FAQ

  • Why has my cash out disappeared? Cash out may suspend temporarily around match events or close to the final whistle. It may reopen - try again after the next event is processed.

  • Can I cash out a Bet Builder? Yes, if cash out is available on that bet - you'll see the option in your open bets.

  • My team is winning - why is my cash out value low? Cash out reflects current odds. If the game is close or there's little time left, odds may not move as much as expected.

  • Is cash out available on all bets? No - cash out is only available on selected markets. If you don't see the option, it isn't offered on that bet.
