✅ How to Qualify
Each promotion has its own qualifying conditions. Check the terms before placing your bet. Common conditions include:
Minimum stake - e.g. bet at least £10
Minimum odds - e.g. at odds of 1/1 (2.0) or greater
Specific market - e.g. Match Result only, or any market
Specific match or round - e.g. England group stage matches only
Payment method - some offers exclude deposits made via certain methods
🔔 Opting In
Most World Cup promotions require you to opt in before placing your qualifying bet. You'll find the opt-in button on the promotion page in the Rewards section.
⚠️ If you don't opt in before placing your qualifying bet, your bet won't count towards the promotion - even if it meets all other conditions. Always opt in first.
💰 When Rewards Land
Rewards are credited to your account immediately once your qualifying bet settles. If your reward hasn't appeared, contact our support team.
❓ FAQ
I forgot to opt in - can it be applied retrospectively? No. Opt-in is required before the qualifying bet is placed. We're unable to apply a promotion after the fact.
My qualifying bet was void - does it still count? No. Voided bets do not qualify towards promotions.
Can I use a free bet with a promotion? No - promotions cannot be combined with other promotions, including free bets.
