How do I know if my bet is eligible?
Eligible bets show a Cash Out option in your My Bets page. It’s offered on most esports and sports markets.
Why does my Cash Out say “unavailable”?
It may become unavailable if:
Odds are changing too quickly.
The value of your bet has turned negative.
The market temporarily suspended Cash Out.
What if I click Cash Out, but it doesn’t go through?
If it keeps loading or fails, the option likely expired just before confirmation. Refresh the page or app and check again.
