Sub Hero - Terms and Conditions

This offer is available to eligible individuals only aged 18 years and over who are registered customers of Midnite.

This offer applies to eligible pre-match and in-play single, multiple and bet builder bets in selected eligible competitions.

Customers must place a stake on Eligible Markets designated with the Sub Hero icon within the coupon (the ‘Qualifying Bet/s’) in order to qualify.

Any bets placed outside of the Eligible Markets and Eligible Competitions will not qualify.

This offer is not eligible on Price Boosts.

In the event that a customer’s selected player is substituted off, the relevant bet shall automatically transfer to the player who replaces them.

Following any such substitution, the original stake, odds, and bet ID shall remain unchanged and fully retained.

When a substituted-on player is subsequently substituted off, the bet shall continue to transfer to the next replacement player. Only the original selected player and the current active player will be displayed within My Bets.

Substitution data is supplied by an external third-party data provider. In the event that such data is delayed or unavailable, Sub Hero processing may not be applied immediately. In such circumstances, the company reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with these Terms, to either suspend settlement of the relevant bet until official data is received, or to initially settle the bet based on available data and subsequently correct and re-settle the bet retrospectively once official football match data is verified.

Sub Hero functionality shall not apply, and no substitution transfer will be reflected in "My Bets", if the outcome of the bet has already been determined prior to the relevant substitution occurring during the football match.

This offer will not apply to remaining, unsettled legs where a bet has been Cashed Out.

If a customer has already cashed out their bet prior to a substitution occurring, Sub Hero will not apply.

If a customer places an in-play bet directly on a substituted-on player, only that player will be shown in My Bets and the Sub Hero transfer chain will not apply.

Bets qualifying for Sub Hero may be placed using free bets and shall contribute towards any applicable bonus or wagering requirements, subject to standard promotional terms.

Cash Out pricing will update automatically to reflect the substituted-on player's price at the point of substitution. Standard in-play suspension windows for Cash Out availability apply.

Eligible Markets and Competitions may vary and are subject to change. Midnite reserves the right to enable or disable Sub Hero for any competition or market at any time.

Midnite reserves the right acting reasonably to withhold, restrict or cancel Sub Hero at any time.

Changes to Sub Hero will not affect Customers who have already placed Qualifying Bets.
