When do outright bets settle?
It can be a long wait. That's kind of the point.
Settlement depends on the specific outright market you've backed.
For example, Competition/Tournament Top Goalscorer is settled on the player with the most goals, with the competition's official count-back rules used if players are tied. Team Top Goalscorer follows a similar approach, with Dead Heat Rules applying if the competition's count-back rules can't separate players.
What about manager markets?
Manager markets have their own rules.
For Next Permanent Manager, caretaker and interim managers don't count. Other manager markets can be settled based on who is in charge on a specified date or who next leaves their position.

Different outright markets have different settlement conditions, particularly when outcomes are tied or circumstances change during a season.
