❌ How to Close Your Midnite Account

You can close your account at any time — just choose what works best for you:

  • Standard Closure → Can be reopened later

  • Permanent Closure → Final and can’t be undone



How to Close Your Account

  • Open the chat in the bottom-right corner
    or email support@midnite.com

  • Let us know you’d like to close your account

  • Tell us if you want Standard or Permanent closure​

⚠️ If you don’t specify, we’ll process it as a Standard Closure by default.


After your account is closed

If you feel you need additional support, there are organisations that can help:

  • GAMSTOP: Prevent access to gambling websites or apps licensed in Great Britain.

  • GamCare: Support and advice for gambling-related harm.

  • GambleAware: Provides tools and resources for responsible gambling decisions.

  • Gambling Therapy: Support for individuals outside the UK affected by gambling.

  • BetBlocker: Free tool to block access to gambling sites.

⚠️ Important to Know

  • Only one Midnite account is allowed per person

  • Permanent closures can’t be reversed

  • Standard closures can be reopened by contacting Support.
