Here at Midnite, we are dedicated to providing a responsible gaming environment for all of our customers. We want you to enjoy your experience with Midnite, but we also want you to stay in control of your time and money, and experience safer and smarter gaming.

We encourage all of our customers to:

  • Plan Ahead – Before you play, decide how much money you’re going to spend online.

  • Stick to your budget – Only gamble what you can afford to lose.

  • Play for fun, not to make money – don’t try to ‘win back’ or chase your losses.

  • Keep a clear head – don’t gamble under the influence of drink or drugs.

  • Know when to take time out – don’t gamble if you feel angry, upset or depressed.

On this page, we will highlight tools that we offer as well as other responsible gambling messages and resources that you may want to use.

Please take a moment to have a look at the tools and top tips that we have available on our site to help you gamble safely.

How we can help you:

Your account is filled with features to help you enjoy safer gambling. If you need help with any of these, please get in touch with our Community Team!

Account History

You have access to your Account History at any time, so you can always have a look at how much you’ve spent and how long you have played.

Deposit limits

This tool is to help you take charge of your money and how much you deposit with us. Make sure you never spend more than you can afford. Set daily, weekly or monthly Deposit Limits on your account! You can set these limits in your account.

Time out/Cool off periods

If you want to take a break from betting, you can use our Time Out tool which allows you to disable access to your account for a short period of time.

Self Exclusion

If you want to stop gambling for longer than 30 days, you can self-exclude yourself from our site from six months to five years.

If you are considering self-exclusion, you may wish to register with GAMSTOP. This is a free service that allows you to self-exclude from all online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain. For more information and to register, please visit GAMSTOP here.

Access Blocking Software

You may also want to consider installing website blocking and filtering software such as Gamban on your devices. This blocks access to all online gambling sites and applications

Protection of Minors

We do not permit anyone under the age of 18 to participate on our site. Midnite is not designed to attract children or adolescents and actively discourage and prohibit individuals under age of 18 to attempt to play on our Site. We use third party identification verification systems to identify minors who log onto our site.

However, we do recognise that the internet is readily accessible in many homes and as a result we work together with parents to protect children from underage gambling. To ensure the safety of your children, we recommend installing filtering software to block minors from accessing certain websites and programs.

Below are links to a few providers that provide this type of service:

Further tips to parents:

  • Do not leave children unattended near your computer while being on the Site.

  • Do not allow persons under 18 to participate in betting activity.

  • Keep your username, password and deposit details out of the reach of children.

  • Educate your children about the legality and potential damage of underage gambling.

  • Limit the length of time your children spend online.

If you are aware of anyone under the age of 18 who is registered with Midnite, please notify our Community Team.

How safe is your gambling?

Midnite recognises and acknowledges that whilst most people bet for entertainment, a small number of people can become problem gamblers or at risk of becoming a problem gambler. We encourage our customers to have a look at the resources below and take part in the self assessment tool on the GamCare website.  It only takes a few minutes and it is free and anonymous.

If you play in the UK, try the self assessment using the link below:
