If you've tried to log in and entered the wrong password multiple times, your account may have been locked as a security measure.

What should I do?

To get back into your account, just contact our Customer Support Team via live chat or email. We'll verify your identity and help unlock your account as quickly as possible.

Why was my account locked?

As part of our security process, Midnite automatically locks accounts after several failed login attempts. This helps protect your information and prevent unauthorized access.

Important: Always check your email

If you're locked out — especially if it seems unexpected — please check your email inbox (and spam folder) to make sure we haven’t contacted you about anything else, such as:

  • Account verification steps

  • Suspicious activity

  • Other types of account restrictions

If we’ve requested anything from you, it’ll be in your inbox. Make sure to follow any instructions in the message before trying to log in again.
