Midnite is licensed to operate only in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland (what our lawyers call "Permitted Jurisdictions"). That means you can only log in, place bets, and enjoy everything we offer when you are physically located inside these countries.
What happens if I travel abroad?
If you go on holiday or travel outside the UK or Ireland, you will not be able to log in or use your Midnite account while you are away.
Trying to access your account from abroad may trigger a temporary suspension. But don't stress, once you are back home just contact our Customer Support team and we will help get you back up and running.
Can I use a VPN to access Midnite from abroad?
No. Using a VPN, proxy, or any tool to disguise your real location is a breach of our Terms of Service.
Our systems are designed to detect VPN use, and doing this could get your account permanently closed. To keep your account safe, always log in without location-masking tools.
What if I live abroad?
We only accept players who permanently live in the UK or Ireland. If you live abroad, even if you visit the UK or Ireland sometimes, we unfortunately cannot offer you an account.
