If you clicked the ‘Deposit’ button but were not redirected to a confirmation screen, follow these steps:
Step 1: Check Your Deposit Status
Verify that the deposit appears in your transaction history, online banking, or e-wallet statement.
Confirm that you received a confirmation from your payment provider.
Step 2: Review Your Payment Details
Before re-attempting the deposit, make sure:
Your payment details are correct. You can review and update them on the deposits page.
You are entering the correct Card Security Number (CV2) – the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card.
Step 3: Technical Checks
Clear your cache and cookies – see our guide here.
Check if a pop-up blocker was enabled during the transaction. This can sometimes block the confirmation window.
