If you’re having trouble using Midnite, here are some quick steps to help resolve common technical issues.

Try a Different Browser

Try using an alternative browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.

Refresh the Page

Encountering an error when placing a bet, launching a game, or viewing the lobby? Try refreshing the page:

  • Click the Refresh/Reload button in your browser.

  • Press F5 on your keyboard to quickly reload the page.

Clear Your Cache & Cookies

Your browser may save outdated versions of the site, which can cause display issues. To fix this:

  • Go to your browser’s Settings or Options menu.

  • Find the option to Clear Browsing Data (look for cache, cookies, or history).

  • Restart your browser and try accessing the site again.

Restart Your Device

A simple restart can often resolve issues by refreshing system functions and network connections. If Midnite isn’t working as expected, reboot your device and try again.

Check for Viruses & Malware

Running regular antivirus scans helps ensure that your system isn’t affected by malware, which can sometimes interfere with browsing or transactions.
