The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (the "Authority") has determined under section 114(1) of the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 (the "Act") to grant Midnite Europe Limited (the āLicenseeā), trading as Midnite, of Level 3, Suite No. 2327, Tower Business Centre, Tower Street, Swatar, Birkirkara BKR 4013, Malta, this Business to Consumer gambling licence, which is a remote betting licence under section 85(1)(b) of the Act.
Relevant Gambling Activity
The relevant betting activity, being the relevant gambling activity that may be provided by the Licensee pursuant to this licence, is as follows:
acting, or offering to act, as a bookmaker, or causing another person to do so, or
offering to take a bet or causing another person to do so.
Conditions
This licence is granted subject to the conditions set out in Chapter 9 of Part 5 of the Act which apply to this licence and which are set out in Schedule 1, such other applicable conditions as may be prescribed by the Authority under section 129 of the Act, and any conditions imposed under Part 8 of the Act on this licence.
Note: This licence does not authorise the Licensee to provide a betting activity in respect of any matters prohibited in regulations made under section 85(3) of the Act.
