How friendly bets are settled
All football friendly markets are settled on the official result of the match, regardless of how long the game lasts.
This is different from most competitive football matches, where bets are settled based on the score after 90 minutes, including added time but excluding extra time and penalties.
What this means for your bet
If a friendly is shorter than 90 minutes, your bet is settled on the official final result.
If a friendly lasts longer than 90 minutes, your bet is settled on the result at the final whistle - not the score after 90 minutes.
Agreed format changes, such as shorter halves or rolling substitutions, don't affect settlement.
Bets aren't voided simply because a friendly is played under a different format to a standard competitive match.
What happens if a friendly is abandoned?
If a friendly is abandoned before it reaches its official conclusion, our standard abandonment rules apply.
