If you believe a game payout is incorrect, follow these steps to check and resolve it quickly.

Stake: Payouts are usually based on your unit stake per line, not the total bet.
Example: 9-line slot at £0.10 per line (£0.90 total) → payout based on £0.10 per line.
2️⃣ Review the Help Files
Each game has a Help section (also via the ‘?’ icon) explaining:
Game rules
Bonus rounds
Win conditions
Feature mechanics
This helps you understand if the payout you received is correct.

If you’ve checked the rules and help files and still believe the payout is wrong:
