Tip:
Payouts are often based on your stake per line, not your total bet.
Example:
£0.10 per line across 9 lines (£0.90 total) → payout is based on £0.10

Each game has a help section that explains:
Rules and win conditions
Bonus features
How payouts are calculated
This can help confirm whether your result is correct.

If it still doesn’t look right, contact Support and we’ll review it.
Include as much detail as possible:
Game name
Round ID (if available)
Date and time of the round
Screenshots (if possible)
A short description of what you expected vs what happened
