  • Settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the specified competition, broadcast, or game API.

  • Selections in a cancelled match will be treated as a non-runner for settlement purposes (in such circumstances an ‘Abandoned’ or ‘Void’ status will be issued).

  • Bets will be void if the fixture contains the incorrect players/teams.

  • If a match experiences a temporary issue due to equipment malfunction, loss of connection etc. bets placed will stand provided the match is able to be completed.

  • If a match experiences an issue due to equipment malfunction, loss of connection etc. and cannot be completed, all bets that cannot be settled will be voided.

    • At the time of the match ending, SIS will settle any markets that can be. For example, if a match experienced a technical fault in Q3 of an eBasketball match and could not be completed, all markets relating to Q1 and Q2 would be settled.

  • All odds are subject to fluctuation and bets placed will be settled at the price at the time the bet was confirmed.

  • If a tournament is not completed all outright bets will be void.

  • Dates and times of matches shown on our website are for guidance purposes only.

  • All bets are placed in accordance with our betting rules and terms and conditions.
