Settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the specified competition, broadcast, or game API.
Selections in a cancelled match will be treated as a non-runner for settlement purposes (in such circumstances an ‘Abandoned’ or ‘Void’ status will be issued).
Bets will be void if the fixture contains the incorrect players/teams.
If a match experiences a temporary issue due to equipment malfunction, loss of connection etc. bets placed will stand provided the match is able to be completed.
If a match experiences an issue due to equipment malfunction, loss of connection etc. and cannot be completed, all bets that cannot be settled will be voided.
At the time of the match ending, SIS will settle any markets that can be. For example, if a match experienced a technical fault in Q3 of an eBasketball match and could not be completed, all markets relating to Q1 and Q2 would be settled.
All odds are subject to fluctuation and bets placed will be settled at the price at the time the bet was confirmed.
If a tournament is not completed all outright bets will be void.
