ā¢ By entering a promotion, you acknowledge that you are acting in
accordance with the agreed Midnite's General Terms of Service for use of

updated and notified to customers from time to time, and are also deemed
to have read and accepted: 1) the promotion specific terms and conditions;
and 2) these General Promotion Terms & Conditions (āApplicable Termsā).
In the case of a breach of Applicable Terms, in Midnite's reasonable
discretion, Midnite reserves the right to withhold payment of any
promotional amount, prize, bet credit or bonus credit.
ā¢ All customer offers are limited to one per person. If Midnite has reasonable
grounds to suspect that the bonus or offer is being claimed by or for the
benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people then it
may withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to that customer or
group of customers and/or void any bet funded by the bonus or offer and
remove any winnings from such bet.
ā¢ Free Bets may be subject to an expiry date, detailed in the terms and
conditions of individual promotions and offers. Free Bets that do not have
a fixed expiry date attached to them will be forfeit and removed if unused
within 90 days of crediting.
ā¢ Promotional offers are intended to enhance your enjoyment of wagering
with us and therefore we expect that you will participate in all bonuses and
promotions fairly. We consider the following to be in breach of this term
(āBonus Abuseā): 1) all or the majority of your transactions include bonus
funds; 2) strategies that guarantee profit irrespective of the outcome; and
3) exploiting promotional offers to engage in arbitrage betting.
ā¢ Where there is a reasonable suspicion that you have engaged in or
attempted to engage in Bonus Abuse, either on your own or as part of a
group, Midnite reserves the right to: 1) forfeit the bonus allocated to you
and any winnings from that bonus; 2) revoke, deny, or withdraw a bonus
offer from you; 3) settle bets at the correct odds; 4) void any bet funded
by the bonus; 5) block access to particular products; 6) exclude you from
any future promotional offers; 7) terminate your account with immediate
effect.
ā¢ In the event that any funds, winnings, free bets, bonuses or other
promotional amounts have been incorrectly credited to your account as a
result of an error (āError Fundsā), Midnite reserves the right to cancel
and/or withhold any Error Funds or winnings resulting from bets placed
with Error Funds, and if such amounts have been withdrawn from your
account, such amounts shall be deemed to be held by you on trust for
Midnite and you shall be immediately liable to repay Midnite any such
amounts when a demand for repayment is made by Midnite to you.
Midnite may deduct Error Funds and/or winnings resulting from Error
Funds from your Midnite account on notice to you.
ā¢ Midnite will use each entrantās personal details for the purpose of
administering promotions and may contact entrants for such purposes.
Your username may be published in a promotion leaderboard or be made
available to the public to comply with Midniteās regulatory requirements. If
you are a winner, we may pass your personal details on to third parties to
deliver/supply/arrange the prize. By entering a promotion you agree that
Midnite may use your information to contact you about the promotion.
ā¢ Midnite may, at any time, make minor amendments to promotions to correct
typographical errors or to improve clarity or customer experience and may
cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.

ā¢ These Promotion Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of England. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-
exclusive jurisdiction.
