How to Reset Your Password
Go to the Login page.
Click Forgot your password?
Enter the email address linked to your Midnite account (not your username).
If your email matches our records, you’ll receive a password reset email with the subject: “Password reset.”
Tip: Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t see it.
To make sure you receive emails, add no-reply@midnite.com and team@midnite.com to your safe sender list.
Locked Out After Too Many Attempts 🔒
If your account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts:
Contact live chat or support email.
Agents can provide a temporary password to regain access.
Remember to reset this temporary password once logged in.
Troubleshooting Login Issues After Reset
Avoid using a VPN.
Clear your browser cache.
Enter your credentials manually instead of using auto-fill.

If you don’t remember which email you used, contact Customer Support to locate your account.
Outlook Whitelist Guide
Open Settings ⚙️ in Outlook.
Click View all Outlook settings.
Navigate to Mail > Junk email.
Add no-reply@midnite.com and team@midnite.com to Safe senders and domains.
Save your settings.
