1. This promotion is available to eligible individuals aged 18 years and over who are registered customers of Midnite.
2. The promotion will run between 08:00 on 11.06.2026 and 08:00 on 19.06.2026 (the “Promotion Window”).
3. Any bets placed outside of the ‘Promotion Window” will not qualify.
4. In order to be eligible you must opt-in to each Prize Drop.
5. Each Prize Drop has an associated Mission Set. A Mission Set is the overarching points-based programme that a customer opts into, comprising a series of individual missions (each a ‘Mission’).
6. Qualifying bets in each Mission must be placed within the individual match events. Bets placed on outright markets are excluded. Accumulator bets including selections from multiple qualifying events will be eligible and count towards the Qualifying Threshold.
7. Bets that are cashed out or voided will not count towards the Qualifying Threshold and no points will be allocated in those circumstances.
8. Complete the relevant Mission Set for that Prize Drop within the applicable Drop Window.
9. Each Mission has a predefined points value. Points values will range from 10 to 50 points per Mission, as displayed within the Mission Set interface.
10. Missions will include a combination of activity-based tasks. Customers may complete a combination of any. Once Missions are completed, points will be allocated.
11. To qualify for Prize Drop, a customer must accumulate the minimum points within that Drop Window (the ‘Qualifying Threshold’).
12. On completion of a Mission the customer will be directed to claim their points.
13. Only claimed points will count towards the Qualifying Threshold.
14. Points claimed outside the Drop Window will be void and not count towards the Qualifying Threshold.
15. Points accumulated within one Drop Window cannot be carried over, transferred, or applied towards any other Drop Window.
16. Each eligible customer will receive one (1) Prize per Prize Drop.
17. A minimum prize of £5 (five pounds) is guaranteed to every customer who reaches the Qualifying Threshold for a Prize Drop.
PRIZES
18. The total guaranteed minimum prize pool across all five Prize Drops is £500,000 “Prize Pool”. Individual Drop prize pool allocations are set out in the relevant Drop’s interface.
19. Prizes will be awarded in cash as specified for each Prize Drop. No vouchers, credits or free spins will be awarded as part of this promotion.
20. Each Prize Drop is active for the Drop Window specified below.
21. Mission points will reset to zero at the end of each Drop Window.
22. Points accumulated within one Drop Window cannot be carried over, transferred, or applied towards any other Drop Window.
23. Customers may win only one Prize per Prize Drop. The Prizes for each Prize Drop will be either £5, £10, £25, £50, £100, £250, or a top prize:

24. Drop Windows will be inclusive of the start date and end date of the Drop Window. If points relate to an event that starts on the last day of the Drop Window but continues into the next calendar day any points accrued will relate to the Drop Window within which the event started.
25. Prize pool allocations are fixed per Drop.
26. Prizes for Prize Drop 1 to 4 will be credited to the customer’s Midnite account balance once customer has claimed the relevant number of points associated with that Mission Set in the Drop Window.
27. Prizes for Prize Drop 5 will be credited prior to 23:59 August 16th.
28. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any customer who is found to have abused, manipulated, or exploited this promotion, including through the use of automated software, multiple accounts, or any form of collusion.
29. Midnite reserves the right acting reasonably to withhold, restrict or cancel this offer throughout the Promotion Window.
30. Changes to the promotion will not affect Customers who have already placed Qualifying Bets.
