Purpose
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps Dribble Media Limited (“Midnite”) has taken, and continues to take, to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains for the financial year ending 2025.
Our business
Midnite is a UK-based betting platform. We are a remote-first business, headquartered in London, with a focus on building innovative products for fans of sports and gaming.
As a digital-first company, our supply chain is relatively simple and predominantly involves technology services, software providers, marketing agencies, and professional services.
Our commitment
Midnite is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and expect the same high standards from our suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
Risk assessment and due diligence
While the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations is low due to the nature of our business, we recognise that risks may still exist in extended parts of our supply chain. To address this, we:
Conduct due diligence on new suppliers where appropriate
Prioritise working with vendors and partners who adhere to ethical labour practices
Reserve the right to request evidence of anti-slavery policies or practices from key suppliers
Policies
Midnite has internal policies in place that reflect our commitment to ethical business conduct, including:
Bullying, Victimisation and Harassment Statement
Equal Opportunity Policy
Disciplinary Policy
Whistleblowing Policy
All employees and contractors are encouraged to report concerns, including any relating to modern slavery, and we are committed to investigating and addressing any issues raised.
Training and awareness
While the risk within our business is low, we aim to raise awareness of modern slavery by:
Sharing this statement with all new starters as part of our onboarding process, including clear information on who to report any concerns to
Providing access to resources that help staff identify and report any potential concerns
Looking ahead
As we grow, we remain committed to reviewing and strengthening our approach to tackling modern slavery. We will continue to monitor our supply chain practices and take steps to ensure we uphold the highest ethical standards.
This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Dribble Media Limited and will be reviewed annually.
Signed,
Nicholas Wright
