Step 1: Open the CashMode website and click "Connect Game"

Step 2: Choose Counter-Strike Global Offensive from the games list

Step 3: Click the "Connect Steam" button

Step 4: Log in to Steam if required, otherwise click "Sign In"

Step 5: Click the link to set up an authentication token

Step 6: Click "Create Authentication Code" and copy the Match token and Authentication code onto the Midnite website

Note that you can only link your CS:GO account if you have completed a ranked match.
