The prize for this prize draw is a 65" Samsung 8K Neo QLED Smart TV.

The promotional period to earn entries for this prize draw begins on Thursday 3 November 00:01 GMT and ends on Sunday 18 December 2022 23:59 GMT.

For each cash bet settled on Midnite football markets with a minimum stake of £10, the customers earn one (1) entry to the prize draw.

There is no limit to the number of entries a customer can earn.

Bets that are cashed out or voided do not qualify for this prize draw.

Bonus bets do not qualify for this prize draw.

Midnite’s employees, related corporations, partners, affiliates, agents, contractors, representatives and suppliers (including themselves, their friends, immediate family members, spouses, partners and housemates) are not eligible to participate in this prize draw.

Midnite may disqualify draw entries from a customer if the Standard Terms of Service have been breached.

Customers will receive a weekly communication (email/pop-up) informing about the number of entries earned to date. Opting out of this communication does not opt out from the promotion or the draw.

The prize draw will take place at 12:00 GMT on 19 December 2022.

Each qualified entry received within the promotional period will be awarded a unique number, and the winner will be selected at random by software. Midnite’s random draw of the winner is final.

The prize will be awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.

The winner will be contacted via the email address in their Midnite account within 2 natural days from the day of the draw. Midnite is not liable for any typo or incorrect email address, impossibility or delay of delivery, or for the email to be categorised as spam and potentially deleted.

The winner must acknowledge that congratulatory message within 10 natural days, for the prize to be sent, or it forfeits the prize and another winner is drawn.

The prize will be delivered to the winner’s physical address as per the Midnite account details, within 30 natural days from acknowledgement of the congratulatory message.

Midnite is not liable for any typo or incorrect address in the Midnite account, impossibility or delay of delivery, and will only cover the expense of the original delivery.

Each winner will be responsible for paying any taxes and any other expenses incurred by acceptance of the prize, including but not limited to any income taxes, sales or use taxes, value added taxes, import taxes, goods and services taxes.

By participating in this prize draw, each entrant understands that they are providing their information to Midnite, and not the social media platform, and agree that Midnite may contact them about this prize draw.
