🎅 Santa’s £15K Showdown

• The ‘Santa’s £15K Showdown’ (the “Tournament”) is active in participating slot games and runs from 19th December 2025 at 10:01 GMT to 30

th December 2025 at 23:59 GMT (hereinafter the “Promotional Term”).

• The Tournament will run during the Promotional Term and is available in the selected slots games: Big Bass it's a Whopper - Bass Jackpot Bonanza, Big Bass Hold & Spinner - Bass Jackpot Bonanza, Big Bass Christmas - Frozen lake, Big Bass Christmas Bash, Big Bass Splash 1000, Bigger Bass Blizzard - Xmas catch, Sugar Rush Xmas, Big Bass Master Classic Bass Jackpot Bonanza (each a participating game).

• In order to participate in the Tournament, a player must open any of the participating slot games and join/opt-in.

• The Tournament mechanics are described below

• In order for players to be eligible to participate in the Tournament, a minimum of £0.20 real money bet on any of the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”).

• One (1) Qualifying Spin may allow a player to rank on the leaderboard.

• The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the score, which is based on the highest single spin win amount on any participating slot game adjusted to the amount of the bet.

• The leaderboard is updated in real-time, and players can view the real-time leaderboard in-game at any time when playing the participating games.

• In the event of two (2) or more players finishing the Tournament in the same leaderboard position, the player who has achieved the score first will receive the higher prize.

• The leaderboard is ranked according to the score, which is based on the total number of points received based on the highest total value of all bet amounts.

• The player's score is calculated as follows; highest win (converted to British pounds (£) divided by (total bet amount (converted to British pounds (£) multiplied by 1000 (score multiplier).

• The Tournament rules and prize tables are built in the participating games/tables.

• The leaderboard table updates in real-time showing the current standings.

• Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ table, found in each of the participating slot games.

• Prizes will be paid out to players in cash with no wagering requirement.

• Prizes will be paid out to players on the following day after the tournament no later than 14:00 BST.

• There is no additional cost to participate in the Tournament. 

• Total expected prize pool for the Tournament is fifteen thousand pounds (£15,000) in cash, as follows:

• All cash amounts are displayed in-game in the Player's Currency ("Player's Currency" is the currency of the territory in which the player is located).

• The player who ranks in the first position will be contacted by Midnite for further details on the crediting of the prize.

• Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as the terms generally used in the gaming and gambling industry. 

• Midnite reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Tournament, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
